Mixture of varieties Arabica: Bourbon and Typica. Light roast. A delicate taste, revealing a light sourness in the first notes, which then turns into a soft noble bitterness. The aftertaste is sweet. Processing method: Wet processing. Coffee beans for this blend grows at an altitude of 1500 m in the province of Lam Dong (Vietnam).
This kind of blend is ideal for making an espresso coffee, in Moka pot, AeroPress. It is also good to use traditional Vietnamese Phin coffee filter, French press, Turkish coffee pot, filter or drip coffee makers. The optimal water temperature for brewing is 92-96°.
