When the coffee berry ripens in some of them not two halves are formed but one whole coffee bean which absorbs the maximum of taste and aroma. The coffee berries “culi” are manually selected. For this blend are being used Arabica Bourbon, Pacamara, Typica, Caturra and Catimore beans. Medium roast. Taste: rich, the aroma is very bright. Long aftertaste. Processing: wet process.
Coffee beans for this blend grows at an altitude of 1500 m in the province of Lam Dong (Vietnam). This kind of blend is ideal for making an espresso coffee, in Moka pot, AeroPress. It is also good to use traditional Vietnamese Phin coffee filter, French press, Turkish coffee pot, filter or drip coffee makers. The optimal water temperature for brewing is 92-96°.
